Pastor Blackshear served as the director of evangelism at his spiritual father's church, Bishop Dale C Bronner of the Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral in Atlanta for over 20 years. With Bishop's blessing, Pastor Blackshear planted the Restoration Power Ministries Church.
Pastors Charles and Betty Blackshear both have a loving pastor's heart, and still continue to reach out to the community in evangelism and feeding the hungry events.
